At Tennyson Pre-School Kindergarten the children will engage in rich, holistic learning experiences that address the Early Years Learning Framework principles, practices and learning outcomes.

We are committed to providing an individualised program that supports each child’s cognitive, social, emotional and physical development. We provide opportunities for each child to develop to their full potential, at their own rate, in an environment that enhances self-esteem; fosters self-confidence and encourages learning with recognition of the value of self and the rights of others. Hands-on exploration and experiences across the program will enable children to become independent and confident life long learners.

We are committed to having dedicated, qualified educators to teach and work alongside the children throughout the day to ensure a high quality program is being delivered. Throughout our program the children will build a solid foundation and love of learning.

Year before school
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
Or Wednesday, Thursday and Friday

Unfortunately we are unable to mix and match days. There are a pre-determined number of places in each program. Our enrolments are taken on the 1st of May, the year before your child starts. Please email tennysonpreschool@gmail.com on the 1st May the year before your child starts to be placed on the waitlist. Waitlist applicants who were unsuccessful will need to reapply the following year on the 1st of May as our waitlist is only active for a year.

The Pre-School is approved for the Government funded Child Care Subsidy (CCS).
